Our History
Rustling Oaks Estates is a small development on the southeast shores of the Richland Chambers Reservoir. Located about 20 miles south of Corsicana, Texas. Rustling Oaks is close to the small towns of Fairfield, Mexia, and Wortham in addition to Corsicana. The Rustling Oaks Estates Property Owners Association (ROEPOA) is managed by a Board of Directors, which elects officers from its property owners, and an Architectural Control Committee (ACC).
Lake Living
The deep, clear water harbors nearly all species of game and fish found in Texas, with numbers and sizes on the increase. Take a relaxing boat ride on the lake to view over 330 miles of shoreline that boasts wonderful homes, eye-catching wildlife, and beautiful scenery.
