Elections

  • Board of Directors and ACC 
    • The affairs of the Association shall be managed by a Board of nine (9) Directors, who must be members of the Association in good standing.


  • The ACC shall be composed of 3 Association members in good standing.


  • Elections for Board and ACC members are held every year in September at the Annual Board Meeting. 


  • Nomination for election to the Board of Directors and the ACC has to be made from among the members of the ROEPOA in good standing. They need to be made in writing, sent to the Secretary sixty (60) days prior to the Annual Meeting, or can be made from the floor at the Annual Meeting.  


  • Biography of nominees need to be provided and distributed with Annual Meeting notice along with a proxy/ballot form. 


  • Election of the Board of Directors shall be by written ballot at each Annual Meeting. At such election the members or their proxy/ballot may be cast, in respect to each vacancy. The persons receiving the largest number of votes shall be elected. 


  • Each member may vote in person or by proxy/ballot. Proxies/ballots can be in writing if signed by the member via mail or electronic means, i.e., facsimile or email, and filed with the Secretary.  Each proxy/ballot shall be revocable and shall automatically cease upon conveyance by the member of his/her Lot(s).


  • At each Annual Board Meeting, the members shall elect the number of directors and ACC members necessary to fill the number of vacancies occurring.  

Terms for Board and acc members

All terms shall be for two (2) years.  Directors may serve a maximum two (2) terms and then must have at least a one (1) year break before he/she may be re-elected.
